When you get too close
You start to notice the thorns
You see the ridges
The petals that have begun to fall
The color is dimmer
The less beautiful it is
Do you love it less?
Or do you appreciate the closeness?
Do you want the perfection?
The closer we are, the more realer it is
Maybe that’s why
We fall in love from afar
Love from a distance
Is that the illusion of it all?

The almighty creator teaches us to love our neighbors as we love ourselves and that we must not cast judgment upon others. So it can only be right that we must accept people as they’re and offer guidance when there’s need to.
I applaud you on your journey and I wish that it will take you places that only your imagination had gone before.
